The venue is a short 5 minute drive from downtown Lake George, and there are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, and things to do in town.
Listed below are some links to websites that have many activities and things you can do in the area:

If you are planning to visit other cities after the wedding, here are some suggestions:
- Albany, NY is roughly a 1 hour drive
- Montreal, Canada is about a 2.5 to 3 hour drive north
- Boston, MA and NYC are roughly a 3.5 to 4 hour drive
- Rochester, NY and Ithaca, NY are about a 4 hour
drive
- Niagara Falls is a 5 hour drive.
If you go to Niagara Falls, I highly recommend visiting the Canadian side. It is much nicer, and if you like wine, Niagara on the Lake is a great place to go wine tasting, and it is about a 20 minute drive from the falls..
- If you enjoy wine tasting and lake views, going on a wine tour through the Finger Lakes is a great way to spend a couple of days. Seneca lake and Keuka Lake are very popular with some great wineries. Riesling is a specialty for the Finger Lakes area, so I highly recommend getting a glass.
